I would also be tempted to not to make the title's wiki links but to put the link to the portal in the body of the text: big bold blue/red on green is a little painful. Also it might be worth establishing some sort of convention for portal naming such as &quot;Builders Portal&quot; or &quot;Builders (portal)&quot; so we avoid some naming collisions.
