If the optional Dialog Resource Reference (dialog file name) parameter is given, that resource file will be used for the conversation, otherwise whatever resource is assigned to the creature will be used.

Remarks

EVENT_TYPE_DIALOGUE events apparently do not fire to creatures unless they have a dialog attached to them.
