GUI stands for General User Interface. It contains aspects like the character generation screen, the inventory screen or the crafting interface. Also part of the GUI are the "tutorial boxes", the quickbar and the character icons.
GUI editing
GUIs are generated with a slightly edited form of category:ActionScript.
